Yes, it's a Mary Tyler Moore hat-tossing moment - my 1st Blogiversary.One year ago today the blogosphere reached its full potential as Shorty PJs subversively worked her way into search engines throughout the world (thank to a lot of help from pal Garth). As of this morning almost 18,000 people have mistakenly hit upon this blog, most looking for - of all things - shorty pajamas. Or Spoolies.
A small, elite audience with discriminating tastes actually returns to the site once in a while (still disappointed that I'm not selling shorty pajamas). I salute you, dear Shorty-zens, and toss my MTM hat even higher in your honor!

Happy blogiversary! When I was 14 I had a paper route, and that summer a young lady came to stay with one of my customers. She might heave been fourteen too... Or 15, 16, probably not as old as seventeen. I never learned her name, but each month, when I dropped by to collect for the newspaper delivery, she greeted me at the door in her shorty pjs. In September she was gone and things were never again quite the same.
