Harvs is using his old age as an excuse for raiding the wastebin. He's never done it before even though he is well able to. It could be senility - he's forgotten he's not allowed to; or it could be craftiness - they'll blame it on my senility. I know which option I suspect.
Hershey doesn't dig through the trash, he boldly steals anything left unattended on the counter! We definitely have to keep our eyes on him. I wonder how Mary does with Bailey.
my old Springer Spaniel was known to jump up to an unattended cheese sandwich, remove all the spring onions/shallots, and then run off with the remaining cheese and bread....And we think they're stupid??
